At NEYA Hotels, we believe that sustainability is deeply embedded in the best practices of hospitality and hotel management. Our commitment is systemically addressed across all business areas, aiming for a positive and lasting impact on the environment and the communities where we operate.
Our vision stems from a reflection on the sector’s double materiality themes, considering the impacts generated by the activities of our hotels. To mitigate the impact of hospitality operations we have restored buildings according to construction solutions that enhance environmental performance and daily operations. On a daily basis, NEYA’s management of its hotels primarily focus on customer experience aligned with decarbonization, resource efficiency, and the adoption of circular models.
Our commitment to sustainability is evident in the hotel’s daily operations, which adopt an effective ESG approach, where Environmental, Social, and Governance issues are identified and monitored. This approach allows us to achieve high performance regarding ESG themes. Furthermore, issues such as equity in the workplace, code of ethics and anti-corruption schemes are also ensured in our philosophy of ethical hospitality.
NEYA pioneered in Portugal with its sustainable hospitality model, combining operational excellence, people’s well-being, and environmental responsibility in a transparent and measurable way, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
