Quarto Solidário
Corporate Social Responsibility

O Quarto Solidário Room is a Corporate Social Responsibility Project of NEYA Hotels, created in 2012, which offers free accommodation and breakfast to parents of children hospitalized or undergoing treatment at one of the hospitals of the São José Local Health Unit (USLSJ) or at the Northern Maternal and Child Centre in Porto.

The family or caregivers are referred by the hospital’s Social Action Office and received by a NEYA Hotels employee who accompanies them from check-in until the day they leave. He provides support and close assistance to families and carers at a delicate time in their lives.
The Solidarity Room Project provides moments of serenity, in a friendly and trusting environment, for parents to recharge their energy and hope. Contributing to their well-being and stability so that they have the best conditions to accompany their children.
